Travel to Kyrgyzstan: Tour 3

Day 1: Bishkek
Our company is happy to see everyone on the tour in Kyrgyzstan. Meet the driver and transfer to Bishkek for city tour. Our dear guests will visit Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala Too Square, the National Arts Museum, National Philharmonic, and so on. Afterwards we will visit our famous Asian Bazaar and learn more about our local life. This bazaar is noisy and colorful where you can find fabrics, produce, and people selling and buying goods. Rest is in a hotel.

Day 2: Bishkek - Burana - Chon Kemin
Chon Kemin gorge is your next aim. On the way you will visit Burana Tower or minaret of 11 century and museum of Balbals (stone warriors). Our guests will drive to Chon Kemin gorge and learn more about interesting facts about tower Burana as well as climbing on the top of it. In Chon Kemin gorge you will even ride horses and enjoy incredibly beautiful panorama views. Night is in a homestay. 

Day 3: Chon Kemin - Issyk Kul lake northern shore - Karakol
Today we are going to visit Issyk Kul Lake. It is the second largest mountainous lake with the altitude of 1 608 m. above sea level. Tourists and locals call it "the pearl of Central Asia". More than 1 500 years local people well-thought-out the lake to be a sacred one. This lake is enclosed with celestial mountains. Afterwards we will drive along the whole northern shore and arrive to Karakol town. Visit the special place with ancient stone patterns - petroglyphs. Night is in a guesthouse. 

Day 4: Karakol - Jeti Oguz - Issyk Kul southern shore - Kochkor
Our dear friends will drive to see the famous Jeti Oguz gorge. We will see the famous rock formations as Seven Bulls. There you can find Broken Heart Mountain if you walk 20 minutes to the top of a mountain and see panorama view of the gorge. We will visit Bokonbaeva village and meet the local eagle-hunter. He will show you hunting foxes with the help of eagles. It is a traditional way of nomadic hunting. In the end of day is transfer to Kochkor village. Night is in a homestay.                                                                            

Day 5: Kochkor - Son Kul Lake
Today on the tour we will meet a local family and learn more how to make our national felt carpets. Travelers will have an opportunity to learn this art and even create your own carpet together with them where they can add colored wool to your carpet. Then we will visit small handicraft museum where we can see silver decorations, coats made of wolves, horse saddle decorations, carpets and more. Then is transfer to Son Kul Lake. It is the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan surrounded by mountains and it is the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan, situated at an altitude of 3013 meters above sea level. Night is in a yurt.

Day 6: Son Kul Lake
In the morning we will have a horse ride and meet nomads. It is a great opportunity to get familiar with nomadic traditions, culture and hospitability. Nomad people will always invite you inside their yurts to drink tea with hot boorsooks. They like to meet new people and are always happy to communicate with them. One of the main laws of nomads is hospitality. In the end of day, you will have rest.

Day 7: Son Kul - Suusamir - Bishkek
In the morning we will travel to Bishkek through the southern part of Kyrgyzstan. On the way we will see magnificent views of imposing mountains and gorges. On Tue Ashuu pass of more than 3000 meters high spectacular panorama view will wait you. This pass is one of the most attractive in Kyrgyzstan. Have many stops along the way to capture these views. These moments will forever be impressed in your memory with twisting roads, astonishing views, nomads, high mountains. Rest is in a hotel.

Day 8: Bishkek - Ala Archa - Bishkek
Ala Archa gorge is your purpose today. This is a very beautiful park where at Soviet Union time only official people are allowed to enter there. Ala Arch gorge is located on the spur of the Tien Shan mountain range. Just 45 km from Bishkek. Then we will have a short hike to see magnificent panorama view of the gorge. After a great and pleasant day of the tour we will return to Bishkek. Transfer to a hotel for sleep.

Day 9: Flight
In the morning is transfer to airport.
