Day 1: Ashgabat
Our company is happy to see guests in Turkmenistan. The guide will meet you at the airport and drive to Ashagabat city. Visit parks and squares of the capital, Ertogrul Ghazi mosque, the archeological site "Nisa". It is one of the most visited places in Turkmenistan with rich history. It concealments the remains of Parthian civilization, what shared the old-style art and art, music, and literature with Hellenistic and Roman elements. In addition to your tour, visit Russian bazaar. This place will impress travelers with oriental goods at the affordable price. Transfer to a hotel for sleep.
Day 2: Ashgabat - Kow Ata - Nokhur - Balkanabat
The beautiful morning will start by driving to the outstanding place as Kow Ata - Underground Lake. The site means "Father of caves". The overall length of the cave is 230 m, its height reaches 20 m, and its width is at some points 57 m. The bottom of the cave is enclosed with lumps of softened limestone like stalagmites, and its warm water is emerald colored. The water has temperature of 33-37°C. Then we will drive to Nokhur (120km). The village is located on small depression valley in the mountains of the Kopet Dag Range. It has houses built with local boulders paved with mud. The streets are so narrow. The Nohkuri people quite different to other Turkmen tribes. They live in a trickle of villages in the hilly border area straddling Turkmenistan and Iran. Nokhur is the largest village with about thousand or two thousand people. Continue our way to Balkanabat. Rest.
Day 3: Balkanabat - Yangykala - Gozli Ata - Turkmenbashy - Awaza
The next destination of our tour will start by driving to Yangykala. The word "yangikala" is translated from Turkmen as "fire fortresses". Everyone will witness sheer cliffs of white, yellow, ocher, purple and red colors, made by winds and rains. They look like castles from eccentric movies. The most good-looking view of canyons you can see during sunset, when everything is tinted in a red-hot color. In the evening you will visit "Gozli Ata" pilgrimage place and then drive to Turkmenbashy. Enjoy seeing the special zone of Awaza and take breath on the shore of the Caspian Sea. Night is in a hotel.
Day 4: Awaza - Ashgabat
The morning will start from relaxiation the shore of the Caspian Sea until lunch. In the afternoon we will drive to Ashgabat. Evening city tour of Ashgabat. Night is in a hotel.
Day 5: Ashgabat - Darwaza
The great day of Turkemenistan will start by travelling to Gypjak. It is an opportunity to see the biggest mosque in the central Asia. Visit Horse Farm and then drive back to Ashgabat. After rest, we will drive to the next point of Darwaza via the village Erbent where can be acquainted with life of the Turkmen people. Upon arrival to Darwaza. Night is in a camp style.
Day 6: Darwaza - Kunya Urgench - Shawat border
In the morning you will visit an architectural monument of Old Urgench, Khorezm capital X-XII centuries, the Mausoleum of Najm al Din al Kubra, Tyurabek Khanum, Il Arslan, Tekesh Ibn Hadzhibey, the uppermost minaret in Central Asia Kutlyg Timur. Later on, is transfer to Dashoguz and Shawat border. Thank you for the tour!
